Cruise ship AIDAcosma will leave Kiel on February 23, 2022 for Hamburg. The newest ship from Aida Cruises left the port of Kiel at around 6 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With a length of 337 meters, the AIDAcosma is the largest cruise ship that has ever visited the port of Kiel. After a stay of several days, the cruise giant has now left Kiel and is expected in Hamburg in two days. As with all cruise ship departures, the AIDAcosma’s loud ship’s horn sounded first before the Helios-class ship set off and left the berth at the Ostseekai cruise terminal.<\/p>\n

Numerous spectators had positioned themselves on the Reventlou Bridge and along the Kiellinie in order to photograph and film the AIDAcosma as it passed the Kiel Fjord towards the Baltic Sea. And the AIDAcosma will probably not head for the port of Kiel so quickly for the time being. The first cruise of the AIDAcosma will start on February 26, 2022 in Hamburg. According to the shipping company Aida Cruises, the AIDAcosma is to be deployed in the Mediterranean in the summer of 2022.<\/p>\n

The spectators along the Kiel Fjord were offered a small light show when leaving the AIDAcosma. The sides of the AIDAcosma were illuminated in different colors over almost the entire length of the ship. However, there were no passengers on board, because the first cruise of the AIDAcosma will only start in a few days from Hamburg.<\/p>\n
