Without an overnight stay in Gothenburg or Kiel (for Swedish passengers) and only with a stay of a few hours. The Swedish passengers use such a short trip with the Stena Line to Kiel for an extensive shopping tour in Kiel, for example. Of course, buying alcoholic beverages, which is known to be a little more expensive in Sweden compared to Germany, shouldn’t be missing.

But a short tip to Gothenburg with the Stena Line is also a great thing for German passengers. Because the Swedish city of Gothenburg is always worth a visit at any time of the year. And what could be nicer than enjoying a trip through the Kiel Fjord or the Swedish archipelago near Gothenburg from the upper deck.

How long does the Stena Line take from Kiel to Gothenburg?

The trip with the Stena Line from Kiel to Gothenburg takes 14 hours and 30 minutes. And vice versa, i.e. from Gothenburg to Kiel, also takes 14 hours and 30 minutes. The two ships leave Kiel and Gothenburg at 6.45 p.m. and arrive 14.5 hours later at 9.15 a.m.

Arrival of the Stena Scandinavica in Kiel

[333,334,337
429,369,355,426,430,434,431,432,433
