Hier startet die lange Reise f&uuml;r das 48,6 Meter lange und 4,6 Meter breite U-Boot U 17 in Kiel auf einem Ponton und den beiden Schleppern Teddy und Noorcat. Voraussichtlich Ende Mai, also in rund einem Monat, soll U 17 in Sinsheim im Technikmuseum ankommen und zuk&uuml;nftig dort den Besuchern des Museums pr&auml;sentiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>U 17 wurde bei HDW in Kiel gebaut und wurde am 28.11.1973 in Dienst der Marine gestellt. Am 30. Juni 2021 wurde U17 von Wilhelmshaven zur Werft von ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) nach Kiel &uuml;berf&uuml;hrt, wo die Waffensysteme und die Batterien ausgebaut wurden. Auf einem Ponton wurde das U-Boot von Kiel aus durch den Nord-Ostsee-Kanal nach Rotterdam, dann &uuml;ber Waal und Rhein nach Speyer geschleppt.
